Submission Guidelines
Use the electronic online submission system for the Joseph T. Gregory Award and most other SVP awards. See "What to Submit" for the link.
Do NOT e-mail, fax or mail nomination materials to the committee chair. Any materials sent by e-mail, fax or mail will NOT be reviewed.
Nominees do not need to be members of the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology.
What to Submit
Information to be submitted online:
- One letter of nomination
- The names of at least one, but up to three, colleagues that have agreed to write a Letter of Support should it be requested. These names must be provided in a (.doc, .docx, .pdf or .txt) document and uploaded into the awards system. Letters of Support may be requested by the Committee Chair or Executive Committee in order to make the final awardee selection.
NOTE: The nominator is responsible for collecting and submitting the Letters of Support to the Committee Chair, should they be requested. - A curriculum vitae is not required. However, one may be submitted through the online award submission system.
