In order to become a member of the society, applicants must be 18 years of age, must complete the SVP Membership Application and submit it to the SVP Business Office at the address listed below.
SVP Members: to renew your membership, login to the members area. If you owe dues for the current year, you will see a link entitled 'Dues Reminder' in the left navigation bar. Click that to renew your dues online. DO NOT use the new member application to renew your dues.

SVP Donor Membership
Increase your membership status by making an additional contribution to one or more of the SVP support and scholarship funds that are listed on the Online Membership Application. By making a contribution, you’re helping to ensure the continuation and growth of our education and advocacy programs.
All SVP Donor Members receive: acknowledgement in the SVP News Bulletin; year subscriptions to the News Bulletin and the Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology and voting rights.
Sustaining Donor Membership — donations of $145-$494, in addition to regular member dues of $115
Partner Donor Membership — donations of $495-$1094, in addition to regular member dues of $115
Patron Donor Membership — donations of $1095 or more, in addition to regular member dues of $115
