Make Sure You Receive SVP E-mails

If you’re not receiving e-mails from SVP it may be because your spam filter is blocking them. There is no better way to ensure you will receive SVP e-mails than to "White List" SVP.

White listing must take place at two levels: your desktop level and at your server level.

Follow these instructions:


STEP 1: Desktop Level White Listing:

AOL Subscribers: From your mailbox screen click on the drop down arrow to the right of the 'Mail Options' and then click on Address Book.
Click the Add button (Add Contact for version 8.0).
Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the 'Screen Name' block, and then click Save.
Now do the same for: svp@vertpaleo.org, svp@vertpaleo.mmsend.com, info@vertpaleo.org, abstracts@vertpaleo.org and registration@vertpaleo.org

Hotmail Subscribers: Select the Options links in the upper right of the screen.
Click on Junk E-Mail Protection.
Click on Safe List.
Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the the box and then click Add.
Now do the same for: svp@vertpaleo.org, svp@vertpaleo.mmsend.com, info@vertpaleo.org, abstracts@vertpaleo.org and registration@vertpaleo.org

Yahoo Subscribers: From your mailbox screen click on the drop down arrow to the right of the 'Addresses' and then click on Add Contact.
Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the the Email box and then click Save.
Now do the same for: svp@vertpaleo.org, svp@vertpaleo.mmsend.com, info@vertpaleo.org, abstracts@vertpaleo.org and registration@vertpaleo.org

MSN Subscribers:
MSN 8:
Click on E-mail settings. Click on the Junk Mail link.
Click on Safe List. Click on Add an item to this list. Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the the Safe List box and then click Add.
MSN 9: Click on Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail. Click on the Junk E-mail Guard link.
Click on Safe List. Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the Safe List box and then click Add.
Now do the same for: svp@vertpaleo.org, svp@vertpaleo.mmsend.com, info@vertpaleo.org, abstracts@vertpaleo.org and registration@vertpaleo.org

Juno/Netzero Subscribers: From your mailbox screen click on the Address Book tab.
Next to the Lists tab Click the 'Add new contact' link. Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the Email Address block, and then click the Save button.
Now do the same for :svp@vertpaleo.org, svp@vertpaleo.mmsend.com, info@vertpaleo.org, abstracts@vertpaleo.org and registration@vertpaleo.org

Earthlink Webmail Subscribers: From your mailbox screen click on the Address Book.
Click the Add button. Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the E-mail block, and then click the Save button.
Now do the same for: svp@vertpaleo.org, svp@vertpaleo.mmsend.com, info@vertpaleo.org, abstracts@vertpaleo.org and registration@vertpaleo.org

Outlook 2003/2007: From your inbox select Actions then select Junk E-mail and click on Junk E-mail Options Address Book. Click the Safe Senders tab.
Type in or cut and paste mmreturn@magnetdev.com into the block area, and then click the OK button.
Now do the same for:svp@vertpaleo.org, svp@vertpaleo.mmsend.com, info@vertpaleo.org, abstracts@vertpaleo.org and registration@vertpaleo.org


Step 2: Server Level White Listing:
You must send this information to your e-mail administrator:
Email Service Provider: Real Magnet (www.realmagnet.com)
The sending server is either:

66.70.82.40
64.106.137.140
64.27.72.0 through 64.27.72.254
209.18.70.1 through 209.18.70.254
209.18.93.1 through 209.18.93.254
All of the above IP's are sub-domains of magnetmail.net (mail*.magnetmail.net)
The return path is:
mmreturn@magnetdev.com

Note: If you’ve white listed SVP but you are still not receiving SVP e-mails you should contact the SVP business office. You may have unintentionally unsubscribed from our mailing list and we can fix that upon your request.
